The classic unit among lubricant dispensers
The perma CLASSIC can be used in all areas of application with ambient temperatures of between 0 and +40°C. The reliable mode of operation is based on an electrochemical reaction. Depending on the conditions of use, a lubricant volume of 120 cm³ is dispensed over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by screwing in an activation screw of the colour corresponding to the respective duration. The activation screw generates a maximum pressure of 4 bar, which moves the piston forwards and delivers lubricant to the lubrication point.

A corrosion-resistant lubrication system for hygienically sensitive areas
The perma FUTURA is the optimal automatic single-point lubrication system for facilities that require hygienically pure ambient conditions. Taking into account the operating conditions, the lubricant volume of 120 cm³ can be dispensed over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by screwing in a corresponding activation screw. The dispensing procedure is triggered by an electrochemical process, which delivers the lubricant to the lubrication point at a maximum pressure of 4 bar.
A flexible lubrication unit in two compact sizes
perma FLEX can be used in a wide range of applications. The spectrum of operating temperatures range from -20°C to 60°C. The dispensing time is randomly selectable and can be set via a rotary switch to between 1 and 12 months. A gas generator unit builds up the required pressure and ensures a continuous supply of fresh lubricant to the lubrication point for the duration of the selected dispensing time. perma FLEX is available in the sizes 60 and 125 cm³.
For areas of application with intense large temperature fluctuations
The perma NOVA can be used in all areas of application between -20°C and +60°C. A dispensing time of 1–12 months can be entered via the setting button on the NOVA control unit. The control unit then calculates the required amount of gas for constant and dependable dispensing in consideration of the ambient temperature. The perma NOVA consists of a reusable control unit, a NOVA LC unit filled with 130 cm³ of grease or oil (with an integrated oil retention valve) and a protective cover.
Temperature-independent precision lubrication with different volumes
Three different sizes for individual lubricant dosing
The perma STAR VARIO works fully automatically, temperature-independently and has extremely precise dispensing behaviour as a result of the extremely accurate dosing of the lubricant over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. It consists of an electromechanical drive unit, a STAR LC unit with 60, 120 or 250 cm³ of lubricant and a battery set. The operating status can be checked via an LED functional display. This allows an empty status to be immediately recorded and rectified.

Individual automatic relubrication by means of external control
Precise lubricant supply-constant and temperature-independent
The perma STAR CONTROL immediately supplies the lubrication point with oil or grease - constant, precise and temperature-independent. The perma STAR CONTROL TIME and IMPULSE receive their power supply directly from the system and can be controlled and monitored by connecting them to the PLC. The perma STAR CONTROL TIME independently processes its set dispensing amount as long as a voltage is pending on the lubrication system. The STAR CONTROL IMPULSE dispenses the set dispensing amount once as soon as a voltage is pending. The STAR LC unit is available with 60, 120 or 250 cm³ of lubricant.
